These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern all access to and use of the euvip platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating an euvip account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.
You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on euvip.
Each player may hold only one euvip account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements clearly stated at the time of offer.
Identity and age verification are required before withdrawals are processed.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of euvip's licence.
euvip provides deposit limits, self-exclusion and responsible gaming tools to all members.
In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account on the euvip Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. euvip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the euvip Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. euvip makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all locations from which it is accessible. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the euvip Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. euvip is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.
3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time authentication codes with any third party. euvip will not be liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify euvip immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. euvip reserves the right to temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security breach.
3.3 Personal Use Only. Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account, including for the purpose of placing wagers on your behalf.
3.4 Account Verification. euvip may at any time request that you complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of a government-issued identity document and proof of address. Accounts that do not complete verification within a reasonable time of being requested may have their withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.
4.1 Accepted Methods. euvip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank and Hong Leong Connect. Availability of specific methods may vary from time to time.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited to your Wallet instantly. FPX and bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within minutes during banking hours.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to e-wallets are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. euvip reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
4.4 Currency. All balances, transactions and wagering on the euvip Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). euvip does not currently support foreign currency accounts.
4.5 No Interest. euvip does not pay interest on Account Wallet balances. Wallet funds are not deposits in the banking sense and are not covered by any government deposit protection scheme.
5.1 General. euvip may from time to time offer Bonuses to Members. All Bonuses are subject to the terms published alongside the specific offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. Wagering progress is displayed in real time in your Account. euvip does not apply hidden wagering requirements.
5.3 Abuse. euvip reserves the right to void Bonuses and winnings derived from Bonus funds, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it reasonably determines that a Member has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple Accounts to claim welcome offers, coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or the use of third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
5.4 No Entitlement. No Bonus constitutes a binding offer unless accepted by the Member within the stated claim window. euvip may modify or withdraw any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice, unless doing so would retroactively affect Bonuses already accepted and in progress.
6.1 Random Number Generation. All software-based games on the euvip Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The outcome of each game round is determined independently of previous rounds, bet size, and player identity.
6.2 Live Casino. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. These providers are independently licensed and subject to their own RTP auditing obligations under their respective gaming licences.
6.3 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of any game round, euvip reserves the right to declare that round void and return all stakes to the relevant Members. Winnings generated during a malfunction period may not be honoured.
6.4 Disputes. If you believe a game outcome is erroneous, you must notify euvip support within 48 hours of the occurrence, providing the relevant game round ID. euvip will investigate using server-side game logs, which constitute the definitive record of game outcomes in all disputes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the euvip Platform. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the euvip Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, trademarks, text and game content — is owned by or licensed to euvip and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Restricted Use. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without euvip's prior written consent.
euvip collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. euvip will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers and regulatory authorities as required by law.
10.1 Commitment. euvip is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, all accessible directly from your Account settings without the need to contact support:
10.2 Age Gatekeeping. euvip enforces a strict 21+ policy. All Members must complete age verification before withdrawals are enabled. Accounts where age verification is not completed within a reasonable period may have their play functionality suspended.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, euvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.
11.2 euvip's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 euvip does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures and circumstances beyond euvip's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
12.1 By euvip. euvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
12.2 Balances on Closure. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement by the Member, euvip may forfeit the Account's Wallet balance. Where an Account is closed by euvip for reasons unrelated to Member breach, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the Member via the most recently used payment method.
12.3 By Member. Members may close their Account at any time by contacting euvip support. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any verified balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method.
euvip reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date.
14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which euvip holds its primary gaming licence. This choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting euvip support in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by euvip's licensing authority.
