6. Data Sharing & Disclosure
euvip does not sell your personal data. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis:
- Payment Processors: Licensed payment service providers (including e-wallet operators and FPX banking networks) that process your deposit and withdrawal transactions.
- KYC & Identity Verification Providers: Licensed third-party services that assist euvip in verifying your identity and age as part of the KYC process.

7. International Data Transfers
euvip's servers and some of its third-party service providers are located outside Malaysia. Where your personal data is transferred to a jurisdiction that does not provide a level of data protection equivalent to that available in your home jurisdiction, euvip ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place — such as standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements with adequate protections, or transfers to jurisdictions with recognised adequacy standards.
By using the euvip Platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed in jurisdictions outside Malaysia, subject to the protections described in this Policy.
8. Data Retention
euvip retains your personal data for as long as your Account is active and for a period thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. The key retention periods are as follows:
- Account Data: Retained for the duration of your Account and for a minimum of five (5) years after Account closure, in accordance with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
- Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction.
- KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years after Account closure or after the conclusion of any relevant investigation, whichever is later.
- Support Communications: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the communication.
- Marketing Consent Records: Retained until you withdraw consent and for a reasonable period thereafter to evidence the withdrawal.
Following the expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

- euvip maintains internal data breach response procedures. In the event of a breach likely to result in a high risk to your rights, euvip will notify affected Members without undue delay.
- Two-factor authentication is available to Members on their euvip accounts as an additional layer of protection.
10. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
euvip uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help us recognise your browser, maintain your session and improve your experience.
Categories of cookies used by euvip:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function — these enable login sessions, maintain your Wallet balance display and process game sessions. These cannot be disabled without preventing core functionality.
- Performance & Analytics Cookies: Collect anonymised data about how Members use the Platform (e.g. most visited pages, session duration) to help euvip improve usability.

12. Children & Minors
🔞 21+ Platform: The euvip Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. euvip does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If euvip discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated Account will be closed.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
euvip reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations or Platform features. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Policy was most recently revised.
Your continued use of the euvip Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any change, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
